Every year, we like to do a little recap of our work and performance. It gives you the opportunity to better understand the level of service we can provide, and it allows us to look back at the progress from the past year. There is no greater motivation for us to set more goals for the coming year than looking at what we’ve learned and how we’ve evolved. Not to mention, it can be fun to take a walk down memory lane!
Without further ado, here are our three of our favorite projects from 2016:
- Rite Way Electric Project
The Rite Way Electric customization was by far one of the most interesting and challenging projects from the previous year. The minute they came to our fleet shop and told us that they want to redo their van, we knew this is not going to be a simple project. But, if we love something here at Pacific Truck Colors, it’s to embrace challenges!
Our goal for this project was pretty straightforward. We wanted to maximize the space utilization but, at the same time, offer a quality storage solution for their material.

- Pride Disposal Company
One of the great advantages of being a locally-owned feet customization business is that you get the chance of meeting and working with other amazing local companies. Pride is one of them.
Pride is a disposal services company with a great reputation for excellence and a heightened sense of community. They also manage a large fleet of vehicles, so when they drove in a 2005 Peterbilt and asked us for a paint job and graphic work, we were more than happy to help them.
The job seemed easy at first glance, but we quickly realized that we’d have to work with a large surface area and paint three distinct color shades. We said “challenge accepted,” rolled up our sleeves and did a meticulous job. Pride was happy with our work and promised to come back for more.

- Van Customization for NW Natural
At Pacific Truck Colors, w enjoy working on a variety of projects. Whether you are looking for truck customization, van paint or fleet customization, we are always eager to showcase our skills. However, we have to admit that there are some projects that require more concentration and skill than others, and those are the ones we usually fall in love with.
Such is the case of the van customization we did for NW Natural back in September. NW Natural is a renowned natural gas distributor in Portland. 2016 was a great year for us. We worked on some amazing projects that allowed us to elevate our skills and knowledge. We couldn’t have done it without our fully-committed team and our great customers, so we want to take a moment to thank them for an incredible year.
