Most people like to take advantage of the great August/September weather and go on vacation. We like to take advantage of the great weather to take on some new challenging projects. Maybe we’re crazy, or maybe we’re just mad in love with what we are doing here at Pacific Truck Colors!
This month was pretty amazing. We’ve worked hard to show once again that we have the best team for truck customization in Portland. Here are a few of our recent favorite projects:
- Van Customization for NW Natural
NW Natural is a widely known natural gas distributor for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Portland. They were founded in 1859 and are a respected and successful business. So, when they came to us and asked for a van customization project, we were more than excited to showcase our skills.
Our goal was to maximize the available space by offering an efficient storage solution. It was clear to us that the only way to get to job done was to install Adrian Steel storage module and shelving along street side and near curbside slider. The modules we chose were designed for full-size vans. All the storage options are heavy duty steel which will keep the tools and supplies safe and secure.
We also installed a bench top with two shelves in the middle and an American Eagle drawer unit underneath the workbench. We finished the job with a single drop down ladder rack. Light and easy to use, the system we installed will make getting the ladder on and off the van almost effortless.
- KUVCC Canopy Body Installation
Another great project we recently completed was a utility truck body installation. The client wanted an efficient storage solution to handle all of its tool, parts, and equipment while keeping them separated and organized. Knapheide KUVCC canopy body installation was an obvious choice. The KUVCC solid features and architecture will ensure years of durable service.
But, that’s not all. In addition to the Knapheide body, we also installed an AE drawer unit, Galva grip step bumper with knapliner, a receiver hitch, and 3-bow ladder rack. It was a tough job, but the great team here got it done right!
