After the usual year-end flurry that seems to happen every year no matter how hard we try to prepare, we find ourselves excited and ambitious to serve and expand our customer base in 2016. We’d be remiss though, if we went into the new year thinking it was all about us. It’s you, our loyal customers, fans, and partners to whom we owe our deepest gratitude. Thanks for giving us a chance to be a part of your family in 2015, and we look forward to adding more value to your business in 2016.
The beginning of the year is a good time to reflect on company identity and core values. For us, all of this builds into the five promises we make to everyone we interact with here at Pacific Truck Colors. Those promises are as follows:
- We will ALWAYS treat everyone with respect
- We will ALWAYS communicate in a timely manner
- We will ALWAYS stand behind what we do
- We will ALWAYS keep our word
- We will ALWAYS strive to set the standard with quality & service
As we start into 2016, we would like to briefly elaborate on each of these to share our company ethos with you on a deeper level. First on the list, let’s look at respect:
We will always treat everyone with respect.
We deal with a lot of different vendors and customers. We see a lot of both large jobs and smaller jobs. Our promise of respect means that no matter how big your business is, or how you are engaged with Pacific Truck Colors, we will always honor and value you.
We will always communicate with you in a timely manner.
In our world, we are always juggling a lot of different deadlines, projects, and various other tasks. If we aren’t intentional about our communication standards, it’s easy for things to fall through the cracks. That’s why we built this promise into our value system. Those who work with us can always count on timely responses.
We will always stand behind what we do.
While the temptation to make a quick buck in this world is very real, that’s not what Pacific Truck Colors is about. Everything that we do we will happily put our name to it, and if something is done poorly, we will fix it every time.
We will always keep our word.
It’s sad that this even has to be a promise, but in today’s society keeping your word is a lost art. Here at PTC, our word is our bond, not just a suggestion that we will follow through on if we feel like it or if we have time. If we tell you we will do something, we’ll do it.
We will always strive to set the standard with quality & service.
In our industry, it’s easy to cut corners. However, it’s hard to stand by what you do if you aren’t fully committed to leading the industry in every aspect of your business.
We wish you all the best in 2016 and look forward to serving you!
