Admittedly,  the title of this post might not catch your attention that well. After all, you have heard every business talk about their own trustworthiness time and time again. Everyone claims their services to be the best and their customer service to be unparalleled. Because of this, customers are now turning to third party review sites to verify the credentials of a company before hiring their services. At Pacific Truck Colors, this changing trend doesn’t bother us, and even works in our favor. A big part of our business philosophy is that we don’t just say we keep our word – we actually do it. Here are a few reasons why:

Word of Mouth Marketing
Although we have been in the business of vehicle customization for more than two decades, there are always new businesses popping up or purchasing decisions falling into new hands. Despite this, our business continues to grow through word-of-mouth marketing. We have always believed that a well-accomplished project would help us find our next. And true to our belief, we time and again see a client walking up and say ‘(business name) suggested your services’ – the sweetest words the ears can hear!

We Value Relationships
We don’t see business as a close-ended deal. It isn’t merely offering a service and counting on the cash once the project has been executed. Whether we’re talking vehicle graphics, collision repair, painting or customization, each offering is a continuous relationship with our clients, and customers who come to us once are likely to come again. This is why we have always valued and invested on building lifelong relationships with our clients. This approach has helped us maintain a high client retention rate and continue to build our business on a strong foundation.

No Project Is Too Big or Small
Years in this industry has taught us a very important lesson. No project is too big or small, and no client is more important than another. We treat every customer with equal respect and value their time. One bad experience for a client is enough to dent our prospects for the future, which is why we have always emphasized the importance coming up with the most accurate quotes, sticking to the deadlines and (most importantly) offering value-based experience to our clients. Over time, this has proven to be one of our greatest strengths.
